Refund policy

RETURNS
We cannot refund customized items. For non-customized items, our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact us for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

45-DAY REPLACEMENT/REFUND ON CUSTOM PIECES THAT EXPERIENCE UNUSUAL WEAR/DISCOLORATION

Please note discoloration IS possible with any gold-filled materials. While we carefully choose the highest quality gold-filled materials in our pieces, discoloration CAN occur and the reasons can vary (please see our jewelry care page for more information). 

If discoloration on your gold-filled item occurs within 45 days from receiving it, please email us photos for reference at hannahbweidman@gmail.com and we will discuss a discount option for replacing the order.

If your item shows discoloration or distress from wear past the 45-day mark, please note we want to make things right for you but must consider the conditions your custom piece may have been exposed to. Please email us regardless so we can make things right, though we do not promise a refund or free replacement.
