HOSANNA! | Pre-Order

$197.00

The next day the large crowd that had come to the feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem. So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, crying out, “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, even the King of Israel!”  John 12:12-14

After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands... Revelation 7:9

The palm branch signifies worship, a plea of "Hosanna," meaning "God save us!" Jesus's triumphal entry into Jerusalem, Palm Sunday, is a moment of heaven's worship displayed on earth as it reflects the use of palm branches echoing Revelation 7:9.

In John 12, the crowd lays down palm branches, preparing the way of the Lord (echoing Isaiah 40) before Jesus conquers the cross. The same people shouting "Hosanna!" will cry, "crucify him!" only a week later.

Everyday Heirloom's hand-sculpted palm branch is carved with twelve total leaves, emphasizing the importance of twelve throughout scripture (twelve tribes of Israel, twelve disciples, measurements of twelve used in and around the Holy City in Revelation 21).

Beloved, we are entering a season of Hosanna: a season of worship for the God Who Saves. Let us prepare the way of the Lord in His second coming! Until that day, let us pave a path of righteousness for those who are to flourish on our vine of faith. May our worship echo heaven on earth and unite every generation, nation, every tribe and tongue.

We will sing, and they will cry with one voice, "Hosanna!"
